How Long is the Return Period for Products?
The return and exchange period of the products you have purchased through our iskiyafetiniz.com.tr website and our Whatsapp Order Line is “14 DAYS” from the invoice date, provided that they are unused and not deformed.
The return period is 7 DAYS from the invoice date, provided that the products you have purchased are unused and not deformed. Requests exceeding this period will not be accepted and the products will be sent back to you with a counter payment. In order to initiate the return process, you must complete the return form in your package and send it to us with your invoice.
Return requests sent to us will be checked and evaluated by our team within 1-3 business days after we receive your cargo, and you will be informed via SMS about the start of the return process. For orders purchased with Pay at the Door, notification will be sent via SMS regarding the initiation of the return process.
You can send your cargo with Sürat cargo. Recipient name ZEREY TEMİZLİK SOSYAL HİZMETLER LTD. ŞTİ.’ or by specifying our company code 1254676620, you can send it with a counter payment. You can request a courier from Sürat Kargo’s website.
You can use our contact information on the invoice for packages sent with other cargo companies, provided that the fee is paid by you.

My order is defective/defective/wrongly sent What should I do?
All the products we offer for sale are subject to damage control while being packaged to be delivered to the cargo. If the rarely experienced product reaches you in a defective/defective/wrong way, in such a case, the process works as follows;

What should I do if the outside of the cargo package of my order is deformed and the product(s) is damaged?
When your order is delivered to your address by the courier, be sure to check the outer package for damage before receiving the product and have a “Due Diligence Report” prepared as soon as you see any damage.
In case of any damage you notice after the delivery of the order, you should immediately contact the relevant cargo branch and ask them to prepare a “Due Diligence Report”. If the cargo branch is not helping you in this regard, please inform us as soon as possible on our contact number 0312 387 33 35.
When you send the damaged product to our address on the invoice together with the Damage Determination Report, your product exchange or return process is completed quickly and you are informed about it.
How will I be refunded the amount I paid when I return a product?
When you return a product, the return requests you send to us will be checked and evaluated by our team within 1-3 business days after we receive your cargo, and you will be informed via SMS about the start of the return process. In order to initiate the transactions regarding the return information (Bank Account Information) for the orders purchased with Payment at the Door, information will be provided via SMS or Whatsapp.
– If you have made your payment by credit card on our website, your transactions in installments will be refunded to your card in installments and your single payment transactions will be returned to your card as one payment within 3 to 14 working days.
– If you have made your payment with a debit card on our website, your single transaction will be returned to your bank account within 3 to 14 working days.
– If you have made your payment with a virtual card on our website, your single withdrawal transaction will be returned to your card within 3 to 14 business days.
– If you have paid with the option of payment at the door, the account information you will send to us will be returned to your card within 3 to 14 business days.

Can I change the size of the product I purchased or exchange it for a different product?
No product or size changes are made. You can re-buy the size or product you want to change from our website and send the product you have in hand as a return. In this way, your transactions will be carried out faster.
